Welcome to our first blog post! It is a little bit intimidating doing this (I am not a writer and technology is definitely not a strength of mine, haha) but I really want to start sharing some of the awesome things that we have been doing around here as well as the beautiful photos that we receive. I hope the more we do this, the more we learn about the blogging process because I have so many more amazing photos to eventually share. So with that, I will start by sharing photos from photographer Kassie Borreson highlighting moments from our experience at Camp Campari!
A few Sundays back, we were at The Log Cabin in the Presidio with Sunset Magazine, Campari America and MADE PR doing what we love: Shibori! We had the honor of hosting a shibori bandana workshop for 150 of the coolest guests. We had gorgeous views, the Golden Gate bridge to our left and the SF city skyline directly behind us. There were delicious eats from Barebones Living and Ashley Rodriguez of Not Without Salt, fun cocktail demos from Rye on the Road and a watercolor workshop from our sweet friend, Emilee Rudd. Giggle and Riot provided some photo booth entertainment and Off the Grid SF brought a small group of amazing food truck vendors. It really could not have been a more perfect day in San Francisco. We are so happy and thankful to have been involved in such a fun event. Sharing shibori with others is so fulfilling for us and it was great to see everyone having an awesome time crafting while enjoying some pretty incredible food and drink. Enjoy the photos!
